Omotenashi – If you go to Japan for travel, you will understand that the Japanese way of treating a people or guest service without expectation of reward. It is a soul of Japan and blends or forms a spirit of Japanese hospitality with the respect to people that makes no distinction between ‘guest’ and ‘customer.’  To practice Omotenashi, the Japanese people will usually pay very close attention to anticipating the needs of the people, customer or guest, smiling and setting a happy mood. They believe it is their unique culture approach to hospitality through a dedication with a heart can share a moment with their guest.
