Fūrin Kazan (風林火山) – The story of the drama was an adaptation of Yasushi Inoue’ novel of the title: The Samurai Banner of Furin Kazan. The mean of the title is a reference to the “The Art of War” which means “Swift as the Wind, Silent as a Forest, Fierce as Fire and Immovable as a Mountain.” Kansuke pursues the dream of unifying Japan through helping the warlord of Kai. Under the command of Takeda Shingen, Kansuke uses strategies and supports Shingen’s concubine Yu……..Shingen grows his power toward north of the land, where he needs to fight with Kenshin Uesugi, the warlord of Echigo……….
